What you will do:
Customer management within the Bologna store, providing a welcoming and mindful shopping experience;
Shop management and care, ensuring spaces are always tidy and aligned with the brand identity;
Stock monitoring and sales flow management;
Customer analysis and tracking needs to intercept trends and requests;
Cash desk management and related financial flows (opening/closing);
Constant collaboration and alignment with the Rifò team in Prato to share feedback, insights, and create synergies.
What you need:
Strong interest in the fashion industry and sensitivity toward sustainability issues;
Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong customer orientation;
Teamwork mindset and a great aptitude for remote collaboration;
Fluid knowledge of English (spoken and written);

We are looking for a native French or German-speaking young woman with prior experience as a model or content creator, interested in occasional collaborations for the production of social media videos aimed at presenting our project abroad.
What does the role involve?
You willoccasionally come to our company located at Via Filicaia 26/C in Prato for content creation sessions in your native language. You will work alongside our communications team (including our video maker), with whom you will discuss the topics to be covered and the best way to present them.
This is an occasional freelance collaboration, with compensation to be agreed based on the scope of the work.
