What you will do:
Customer management within the Bologna store, providing a welcoming and mindful shopping experience;
Shop management and care, ensuring spaces are always tidy and aligned with the brand identity;
Stock monitoring and sales flow management;
Customer analysis and tracking needs to intercept trends and requests;
Cash desk management and related financial flows (opening/closing);
Constant collaboration and alignment with the Rifò team in Prato to share feedback, insights, and create synergies.
What you need:
Strong interest in the fashion industry and sensitivity toward sustainability issues;
Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong customer orientation;
Teamwork mindset and a great aptitude for remote collaboration;
Fluid knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Flexibility, proactivity, and operational adaptability.
What we offer:
